The Flagg Creek Heritage Society is a Non-Profit Organization and an affiliate of the Pleasant Dale Park District. We are dedicated to preserving and promoting the history of the Flagg Creek area.

The Society operates the Flagg Creek Historical Museum and the Robert Vial House located on the grounds of the Pleasant Dale Park District at 7425 S. Wolf Rd., Burr Ridge IL, as well as hosting many programs throughout the year. Both the Museum and the Robert Vial House can be opened upon request. Groups are welcome. Hidden Gems Road Show

Author Pat Camalliere will take us on a journey in our own backyard . We will visit interesting but little-known places along the Des Plaines River. Learn about the quarries of Lemont, Joliet Dam and Locks and the beautiful Dellwood Park, a Victorian Gem. How many of you know about the Palos Golf Club on top of the Forest Preserve hills overlooking 107th Street which was closed to accommodate nuclear experiments at Red Gate Woods during WWII ?
