The Flagg Creek Heritage Society is a Non-Profit Organization and an affiliate of the Pleasant Dale Park District. We are dedicated to preserving and promoting the history of the Flagg Creek area.

The Society operates the Flagg Creek Historical Museum and the Robert Vial House located on the grounds of the Pleasant Dale Park District at 7425 S. Wolf Rd., Burr Ridge IL, as well as hosting many programs throughout the year. Both the Museum and the Robert Vial House can be opened upon request. Groups are welcome. Time Capsule Celebration

Where: Pleasantdale Park District - Walker Park Parkway & Gazebo

Join us as we help the Pleasant Dale Park District honor our community’s past and create a new legacy for the future! Fifty years ago, a time capsule was buried to be opened today. While not everything inside survived, it reminds us how important it is to preserve our memories.

Be part of history as you witness the placement of keepsakes and mementos into a new time capsule—capturing our community today for future generations to discover.
